Oberoi Realty gross sales bookings decline 53% in FY24 on excessive base

Oberoi Realty’s gross sales bookings have declined 53 per cent to ₹4,007 crore within the final monetary 12 months on increased base.

The gross sales bookings of Mumbai-based firm stood at ₹8,572 crore within the 2022-23 monetary 12 months and ₹3,889 crore in 2021-22.

In a regulatory submitting on Saturday, Oberoi Realty knowledgeable that it offered 228 items value ₹1,775 crore within the fourth quarter of the final fiscal 12 months. It offered 4.49 lakh sq. ft of carpet space.

Throughout the whole 2023-24 fiscal 12 months, Oberoi Realty offered 705 items for ₹4,007 crore.

The full carpet space booked stood at 10.76 lakh sq. ft over the last fiscal 12 months.
