Council rejects plan for Whitby ‘passion farm’ regardless of help from neighbours and residents

Plans for the development of a giant passion livestock constructing off Eskdaleside, Sleights, have been rejected by North Yorkshire Council, regardless of help from neighbours and the parish council.
