Worcestershire batter Adam Hose has signed a new three-year contract to stay with the county until the end of the 2027 season.
The 32-year-old joined the Pears from rivals Warwickshire on a three-year deal ahead of the 2023 season.
Hose has scored 1,092 first-class runs from 41 innings at an average of 28 since moving to New Road from Edgbaston with the promise of playing more red-ball cricket.
In his time with Worcestershire, he has helped the club win promotion to the top division of the County Championship and then to a sixth-place finish in Division One in 2024.
“I’m really happy to sign the contract,” Hose said., external “It is giving a fair chunk of the next part of my career to the club.
“They were first to come in when I was looking to move [from Warwickshire] and offered all-formats cricket which was the reason for me leaving clubs.
“For them to back me and show faith in me like they have done over the last couple of years has been brilliant.”
